Stem Walls, Mud Seals, Curbs

Stem Walls, Mudd Seals, Curbs or what ever you call them are the strange raised concrete footing that supports the walls around the outside perimeter of the garage.  Generally the walls are between 3 to 8 inches and time consuming to coat and chip.  Yes we can coat and chip them no matter how big they are as per this picture.
